Just General

It is 20:50 pm and the light's aren't out. I don't really know why I'm writing.... to avoid homework? Maybe. To feel normal, also maybe.... Who Knows?
The main problem so far with the Land of Oz isn't the poisonous snakes, numerous spiders or bathroom-dominating ants. No. It is the flies.
Really, here they are not only to big to actually logically fly they also seem to take to following me around. And let me tell you, it is not fun attempting to iron while a fly attacks you from above (and you think it's a spider a let out a scream.) In the end desperate measures had to be taken: I put a cake box over the fly.
I would also like to comment on Australian Spring. Today in P.E. we played cricket. Which is lovely really but by the end the sun was ready to fry me alive. It was only 20 C. However it seems that due to this dry heat, 20 degrees feel a Russian 30 degrees which I assure you is no fun.

Hey there Sasha, it's Amy (Woof), I'm sorry to hear about those flies, I'm also sorry I haven't contacted at all since you left England. Rebecca gave me your website address a couple of weeks ago but I can't tell you how stressful school has been at the moment!... well maybe I can... in fact I'll start earlier than that, i'll start with the weather... ok, the summer was nonexistant the weather never got hotter, although we did have a few warm weekends. Luckily over the summer holidays I went on a cruise with my family, it was fantastic and so Imanaged to fit my whole summer weather thing into 2 weeks, we went to Cadiz,(Spain)Barcelona, Monte Carlo, Pisa, Rome, Sardinia, Menorca and Gibralter. All of them were amazing although Barcelon was slightly dissapointing as it was basically just a big city, not unlike London. Once we were back at school they set us tonnes of homework, by the way, for my options I took Art, Food, French, History and I got into triple science. We've already done a few tests which so far (cross fingers) have been quite easy. Half term has just started so happy halloween and Bonfire night to you! I would love it if you could get back to me and tell me about Australia, although I have just gone through all of your website, hopefully I'll speak to you soon!!! love from Amy xxx
